If only I had work in Bulacan or if only commuting was easy and accrssible, I would want to live there too.
Today's post will be about accessibility and transportation. For most urban dwellers, they would think that Bulacan is such a far away province, but with Venezia Townhomes, coming home can be easy breezy.
Venezia Townhomes is situated in Brgy. San Vicente, Sta Maria Bulacan. Accessibility via Sta Maria is through Tungkong Mangga road, Gov. Halili Road, Quirinio Highway. Way of transportation is bus or jeepney. There is a bus terminal in SM North that will take you to Sta maria, Bulacan.

It is really easy commuting from Manila to Bulacan as we almost always do it every weekend. There is North Luzon Expressway and McArthur that do not usually have heavy traffic, so a property in Bulacan is definitely worth it.
