I have once had my online business in Facebook about two years ago. I was based in Bulacan and most of my clients were Manila based. In order to make payments smoothly I had to utilize electronic payments like bank transfers, Paypal, Western Union, etc. Although it made the payment process of my online business better, I also had difficulties in dealing with customers who I have no encounter with except online. It was a little risky to deal with business with that kind of set up. I ended up closing my online shop because I had problems with fraud customers with fake deposits slips and I could not monitor the inflow of money.
But, here's good news!!!! I learned about a WEBINAR about ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE AND FRAUD PREVENTION BOOT CAMP. A webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the web. This webinar is great for entrepreneur whether new or old who would like to embark on e-commerce to accept online payments. It also targets operations personnel who are in-charge of day-to-day processing of orders and wanting to spot fraudulent purchase attempts. Lastly, financial personnel who would like to understand the ins-and-outs of electronic payment acceptance and protect the company from liabilities and losses.
