Here's another installment of my house hunting in Bulacan, but now I'll share with you a real estate property in Sta. Maria, Bulacan that you too can consider buying.

Like what I recently wrote on my previous post on What my Mom said! Tips to consider in buying a house, I realized that the major factor that makes me not want to leave Manila is the transportation. If only I had work in Bulacan or if only commuting was easy and accrssible, I would want to live there too. 

Today's post will be about accessibility and transportation. For most urban dwellers, they would think that Bulacan is such a far away province, but with Venezia Townhomes, coming home can be easy breezy. 

Venezia Townhomes is situated in Brgy. San Vicente, Sta Maria Bulacan. Accessibility via Sta Maria is through Tungkong Mangga road, Gov. Halili Road, Quirinio Highway. Way of transportation is bus or jeepney. There is a bus terminal in SM North that will take you to Sta maria, Bulacan. 

Other developments in the area are: LRT 7, SM Tungko and Ayala Mall Altaraza.

It is really easy commuting from Manila to Bulacan as we almost always do it every weekend. There is North Luzon Expressway and McArthur that do not usually have heavy traffic, so a property in Bulacan is definitely worth it.

 I have grown up living in our home at Meycauayan Bulacan. At the moment I am already living here in Manila, but most of the time I love the idea of living in Bulacan again because of the sweet memories I have in our home in Meycauayan.

This is also something I love to see in my dream house, a nice view and a peaceful living.

I was really impressed with the plan of the aubdivision and the many possible and exciting things my family and I can do when we finally move in.(haha yes I am claiming it). It seemed to be a place fit for a family and a subsidivision that cares for the family too. 

I was even impressed with the units themselves. It was the right space for a small family like ours.

Broker In Manila: A New Real Estate and Investment Site

I remember during my childhood days the times I spent drawing my dream houses. I'd draw houses that are big with a lot of rooms or sometimes draw very simple ones but with a big garden.Whatever the style and design was all I knew was I wanted a house of my own. Now that I am forming my own family, my hubby and I would want to also have our "dream house". At present, we live in our own condo unit and its enough for us three but if we're going to add more to the family, we just cannot fit in here.
