Healthy Mushroom and Potato Tots

Having a toddler who loves eating is a blessing every parent would like. I am proud to say my kid loves eating but at present he already recognizes vegetables from meat, which makes him a little picky in his veggies.

Great thing Jolly products are here to help me make a veggie eater out of my little boy. Sharing with you an easy, healthy merienda for your toddlers.

Healthy Mushroom and Potato Tots using Jolly Mushroom

Ingredients
2 potatoes boiled
1 Jolly Mushroom
3 tbsp all purpose flour
Good life bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

For dip:
Jolly Mayonnaise
Catsup

Procedure:
1. Boil potatoes.

2. Mash potatoes and place in paper towel.
3. Using the paper towel remove as much moisture from the potatoes.
4. Fry minced mushroom until crispy.

5. Combine potatoes, flour and mushroom until fully mixed.
6. Form potato into small balls.

7. Roll in Good Life Bread crumbs for added crisp.
8. Deep fry until golden brown.

For dips: Combine mayo and catsup.
Serve and Enjoy!;)

Look at the little boy so excited to eat his Healthy Mushroom and Potato Tots!;)

Thank you, Jolly mushroom, Dona Elena olive oil, Good Life breadcrumbs, and Jolly Mayonnaise!;)
